Account and login
Employee account shows as inactive
Inactive employees cannot open the dashboard until a manager reactivates them.
Updated 2026-08-28
If an employee account is not active, Attend Mitra shows an inactive notice and blocks the dashboard. This is intentional — it is not a broken login.
If you are an employee
- Ask your manager or HR to open Employees in the web console.
- They should confirm your status is Active, not Deactivated.
- Sign out, then sign in again after they save the change.
If you are a manager
- Open Employees.
- Find the person and use the action menu.
- Reactivate or set status to Active.
- Ask the employee to refresh the app or sign in again.
