Face re-enroll and attendance override codes
Approve a new face profile, issue a code, and use overrides when security checks block clock-in.
Updated 2026-08-28
Face re-enrollment is for when an employee’s stored face no longer matches. Override codes are for a one-off exception when a security check would otherwise block clock-in.
Employee: request re-enroll
- Submit a face re-enroll request from the employee app when that option is available.
- Wait for a manager to approve it and share a time-limited code.
- Enter the code in the app and complete enrollment again.
Manager: approve and generate a code
- Open Face Re-enroll Requests (visible when face auth is enabled).
- Review pending requests.
- Select Generate code. The employee uses that code before it expires.
Attendance Security
Owners can turn face, geo-fence, Wi-Fi IP check, and related options on under Attendance Security — only if those add-ons are on your plan. For Wi-Fi, enter allowed IP addresses, one per line, then save.
