Marking Attendance on Mobile
Employees open the Attend Mitra app, tap Mark Attendance, and complete face verification. If GPS is enabled, the app confirms location within the configured geo-fence before recording the check-in.
- Check-in and check-out from the home screen
- View today's shift timing and grace period
- Offline mode queues attendance and syncs when connected
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If face match fails, ensure good lighting and re-enroll if appearance has changed. For GPS errors, check that location permissions are granted and the employee is within the site boundary.
