Digital employee ID card and QR verification

Brand the card, preview for an employee, export PDF, and verify with the QR code.

Updated 2026-08-28

  1. Open Employee Card in the web console.
  2. Choose a template and set colours, logo, and fields.
  3. Upload a company logo.
  4. Preview a card for an active employee and export PDF if needed.
  5. QR codes open a public verification check for that card.

Employees can open their digital ID from the mobile app once the company has configured the card.
